Communications: records of calls, emails, WhatsApp messages and meetings with our advisors.

Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, time on site and referring website.

Advertising platforms: when you submit a lead form on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn or similar platforms, the platform shares the details you entered with us.

With your consent, we may contact you by phone, email, SMS or WhatsApp about properties, launches and market updates relevant to you. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in our emails, replying “STOP” to our WhatsApp or SMS messages, or contacting us at info@mduae.net. Opting out of marketing does not affect service messages about an active transaction.

Government and regulatory authorities, including ADREC and the DARI platform, and other authorities where required by law.

Service providers who support our business, such as CRM, hosting, communications, analytics and advertising platforms, bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Professional advisors such as auditors and lawyers, and any successor in the event of a merger or business transfer.
