Andry Grouta

Andry Grouta has called the UAE home for 13 years, settling in Abu Dhabi after an initial year in Dubai and building both her family life and her career in the capital. That long residency gives her a genuine appreciation of the city's communities, culture and long-term direction — the kind of context that shapes good property advice. For the past four years, Andry has worked in real estate, guiding clients through residential sales and leasing across Yas Island, Saadiyat Island and Al Raha Beach, including apartments at Gardenia Bay and The Row alongside villas and townhouses. She has completed more than 20 successful transactions, built primarily through referrals and personal recommendation.
